I find the internet a very exciting place where you can meet people from around the world wearing your pijama. the request for intreview that came from Spain caught me off guard and surprised. it is going to be published on the Nov. 2007 newletter that all the spanish guild members get - and no, i don't speak Spanish.. LOL the questions were sent to me in English .and my dear friend Marivi translated and edited the intreview to Spanish
if it was'nt for Doc Sara I would have forgotten completely about Hanuka this year I have playes with the new Dreidle series for 2007 over the weekend i will soon be posting them on the Hanuka gallery page - stay tuned :-).
R.G.SH project from the Israeli polymer clay guild - this project was initiated by my dearest friend Sharon Amir in our clay guild. this is a creative project that calls for public awareness for the 3 Israeli soldiers that were kidnapped last summer in Lebanon and in Gaza and that are still being kept in hostage. in this project we create little clay beads with the wording REGESH (in hebrew it means "feeling" and it also stands for the initials of the three soldiers). the beads are given to people around us to put on their keychains, as pins or as cell decoration in order for us to remember the three boys and keep public awareness for their return.you can read more about the soldiers on the Habanim website.
if you would like to learn how to make REGESH bead please click here for the instructions.
